DHL Freight 是欧洲的公路货运供应商之一,宣布其领导团队发生两项变动,自 2021 年 1 月 1日起生效,Anabela Pires 接任中东、南欧和美洲、中东、非洲 (CESE) 地区的执行官& AMEA) 和 ThomasVogel 博士成为 DHL Freight 德国、奥地利和瑞士集群的新执行官。任命后,Anabela Pires 还加入了 DHL货运管理委员会,目前担任运营官的 Thomas Vogel 已经是该委员会的成员。两人都将直接向 DHL Freight 执行官Uwe Brinks 汇报。

Anabela Pires 拥有超过 25 年的货运运营经验。2012 年,她在 Deutsche Post DHL Group开始了她的职业生涯,2014 年她承担了管理 Freight's Maintal 德国码头的额外责任,于 2015年担任现职,担任区域经理中央 DHL Freight Germany 和码头。自 2021 年 1 月 1日起,她将接任 DHL Freight CESE & AMEA 执行官一职。

同样从 2021 年 1 月 1 日起,现任 DHL Freight 运营官的 Thomas Vogel 将接任 DHLFreight 德国、奥地利和瑞士的执行官。他将接替将于年底退休的伯恩哈德·沃斯 (Bernhard Wirth)。与 Pires一样,Vogel 对该集团并不陌生,他于 2014 年加入德国邮政 DHL 集团,担任 Post & Parcel的战略主管。2016 年,他被任命为 Post & Parcel Germany 的资源管理副总裁,于 2017 年转到 DHLFreight。Vogel 于 2018 年成为 Freight 的运营官,在提高整个 Freight网络的生产力和质量方面发挥了重要作用,并为 Freight 的业务注入了新的动力海关单位。自 2019 年以来,Vogel还成为数字货运平台 Saloodo! 的管理委员会成员。

Anabela Pires looks back on more than 25 years of experience infreight operations. Having begun her career at Deutsche Post DHLGroup in 2012, she took on the additional responsibility ofmanaging Freight’s Maintal, Germany terminal in 2014 beforeassuming her current role, in 2015, as Area Manager Central DHLFreight Germany & Terminal Manager Maintal. As of January 1, 2021she takes over as CEO DHL Freight CESE & AMEA.
“I look forward to taking on the new position and appreciate theboard’s trust and confidence in me,” says Pires. “With our Strategy2025 we have shown that we are creating the right conditions forlong-term growth, and I eagerly accept the challenge to join mycolleagues in achieving and exceeding our ambitious targets.”
Pires’ predecessor Stefano Arganese will shift his focus toleading Freight’s E4U program in his new role as ChiefTransformation Officer. The digitalization project, which alsoincludes the development and rollout of the new transportmanagement system EVO, is one of DHL Freight’s most importantprojects for the next several years.
