认证收费办法：
1、产地证、CI、价格单、商检证等文件按份收费；CI按总金额收费的有阿联酋、卡塔尔、伊朗、约旦、叙利亚、利比亚、黎巴嫩等领事馆，其余领事馆按份收费。
2、部分驻华领事馆不收认证：如希腊、马尔他、巴勒斯坦、博次瓦纳及坦桑尼亚等。
3、已由中国贸促会送交外交部的认证文件，如公司要求退回，只退文件不退认证费，重认重交费。

2、不属于上述1的其他文件，如商业合同、协议书、委托 代理证/书、授权书、营业执照、公司章程、银行资本证明以及业务证明等(须经中国贸促会做成证明书，然后交外交部和驻华 领事馆办-理领事认证)。

Other documents that do not belong to the above 1, such ascommercial contracts, agreements, entrusted agentcertificates/books, authorization letters, business licenses,articles of association, bank capital certificates, and businesscertificates, etc. (the certificate must be made by the ChinaCouncil for the Promotion of International Trade, and then Submitto the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Office of the Consulatein China-the consul certification).
